HR question: what's the best way for an SME to retain younger employees?
A number of my younger employees have resigned, citing the lack of career progression as the reason. This is after we have spent time and resources training them, and has had a big impact on my operations. How do other SMEs retain younger employees?
Employee stock options. What should they do to achieve that? Can you release a bit of responsibility and create posts for them? Are you willing to part with some of your profits if they can increase sales for you?
