It really depends on the type of business you are running.

Generally there are a few key worries SMEs have.
1) Public liability
2) WICA
3) Group medical coverage for your employees is a very strong plus

Others are depending on type of assets and business you run such as
1) Vehicles (car/fleet/other type)
2) Property Fire (warehouse/shop/other real estate)
3) Marine Cargo (if you are dealing with shipping)
4) Professional Indemnity (if you are dealing with professional services)
and the list goes on.

It really depends on a case by case basis on what your business deals with and the risk exposures.
