Speakers' Profile

1. Ms Tay Bee Kheng, Managing Director, Singapore & Brunei, Cisco

Bee Kheng is the Managing Director for Singapore and Brunei at Cisco. She is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in building innovative sales organizations that are characterized by their focus on customers and partners, operational excellence and winning culture. Bee Kheng has more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology industry and has held various leadership roles in sales, operations and other verticals across Asia-Pacific and Japan. Bee Kheng is passionate about encouraging women to pursue a career in the IT sector. Outside of the world of IT, she has a keen interest in history, psychology, philosophy and science.

2. Mr Stephen Yee, Assistant Executive Director, Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF)

Stephen is the Assistant Executive Director of SNEF and Senior Group Director of Training and Technology. He has developed the SNEF Corporate Learning Centre to meet the current and the future needs of its members and working very closely with tripartite partners for their support. SNEF Corporate Learning Centre has been voted in as the Best HR Vendors in Training for at least 10 years and also as the best marketing partner as an ATO under ICDL Asia for the last 4 years since 2014. He is an active member of the future of work under IOE and also involved in providing feedback and information on the ASEAN future of work published in 2015 and also the recent IOE publication of future of employers organisation. He is the asean representative of the Colombo Process for Immigration for IOE and active member of the Asean Confederation of Employers.

3. Mr Gideon Lam, CEO, Shalom International Movers

Gideon believes that his people are the company's greatest capabilities and that is why Shalom International Movers management focuses extensively on continuous learning so that their people can excel in the fast changing business environment. Gideon serves in the council for Institute for Adult Learning (SUSS), Singapore Logistics Association and Singapore Transport Association. 4. Mr Edwin Liok, Deputy Director, SME Go Digital, Infocomm Media Devleopment Authority (IMDA)

Edwin is the Deputy Director, SMEs Go Digital in IMDA. He leads the Industry Digital Plans team to develop industry specific digital roadmaps for small, medium enterprises (SMEs) to embark on digital transformation. He also leads the Partnership and Insights team to drive marketing communications, develop outreach and awareness, build partnerships with key stakeholders, and provide insights to enhance the impact of the programme. Mr Liok has significant experience in the Infocomm Media sector with expertise in Data Analytics, Sectoral Transformation and Healthcare.
