SINGAPORE is expected to experience the sharpest economic slowdown in South-east Asia, with GDP (gross domestic product) growth slowing from 3.1 per cent in 2018 to 1.9 per cent this year, as its export outlook deteriorates following more tariff hikes from the US and China, said the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in a report on Tuesday.
