Possible if there are no smoking breaks, tea breaks, extended lunch breaks, or meetings that are too long. If everyone focuses on work from 9am to 5pm, why not?

A four-day work week could be a way for people who need flexible working arrangements due to family commitments such as having the elderly and young children to care for at home. This will allow people to spend some time at home and still earn an income. However, a four-day work week might not be good as it could affect economic growth for the country and productivity. We already have parental care leave, childcare leave, to name a few, in place to help people.
