Epicentre signs MOU with F&B operator Coterie Dining Concepts

EPICENTRE Holdings has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Coterie Dining Concepts as well as Coterie's shareholders to potentially collaborate, invest in and, or, acquire businesses linked to Coterie.

This could include new dining and/or entertainment concepts, launching new outlets and expanding Coterie's existing business, it said in a release to the Singapore Exchange.

The parties have agreed to negotiate exclusively for six months from the date of the MOU.

A private company incorporated in Singapore, Coterie is behind themed-bar Sum Yi Tai at Boon Tat Street and Chikin, a Szechuan yakitori bar at Bukit Pasoh Road.
