FOOD AND BEVERAGE SECTOR
SINGAPORE - A bustling coffee shop in the heart of Bishan has a new set of decorations, put up on Friday (Oct 6): Every table has large decals showing life-sized photographs of hawker food.
On top of chicken rice, curry puffs and kaya, Singapore can add to its list of culinary exports the salad and the wrap.
Competition in the food and beverage scene remains unabated and business owners are thinking outside the box to develop the food scene of the future.
